Daniel Chavez Moran: The global economy

What are the opportunities and challenges for Latin America posed by globalization?

This is one of the questions asked of experts on Latin American international relations in a project cosponsored by Daniel Chavez Moran and the Grupo Vidanta Foundation, along with the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.

Scholarly articles that enlighten and inspire written over a period of two years and presented in three workshops held in Washington, D.C., Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico and Mexico City, are compiled in “América Latina:¿integración o fragmentación?” The book was edited by Ricardo Lagos and published by Editorial Edhasa (Buenos Aires).
